【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoa.c.contactorsand/orcontactor-basedmotor-startersdesignedforindoorinstallationandoperationatfrequenciesuptoandincluding60Hzonsystemshavingvoltagesabove1000Vbutnotexceeding12000V.Itisapplicableonlytothree-polecontactorsandstartersforuseinthree-phasesystems,andsingle-polecontactorsandstartersforuseinsingle-phasesystems.Two-polecontactorsandstartersforuseinsingle-phasesystemsaresubjecttoagreementbetweenmanufactureranduser.Contactorsand/orstartersdealtwithinthisstandardarenotnormallydesignedtointerruptshort-circuitcurrents.Therefore,suitableshort-circuitprotection(see3.4.110.12andnote2below)formspartoftheinstallation,butnotnecessarilyofthecontactororthestarter.Inthiscontext,thisstandardgivesrequirementsfor-contactorsassociatedwithoverloadand/orshort-circuitprotectivedevices(SCPD);-startersassociatedwithseparateshort-circuitprotectivedevicesand/orwithseparateshort-circuitandintegratedoverloadprotectivedevices;-contactorsorstarterscombined,underspecifiedconditions,withtheirownshort-circuitprotectivedevices.Suchcombinations,forexamplecombinationstarters(see3.4.110.9),areratedasunits.Contactorsintendedforclosingandopeningelectriccircuitsand,ifcombinedwithsuitablerelays,forprotectingthesecircuitsagainstoperatingoverloadswhichmayoccurtherein,arecoveredinthisstandard.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletotheoperatingdevicesofcontactorsandtotheirauxiliaryequipment.Motor-startersintendedtostartandacceleratemotorstonormalspeed,toensurecontinuousoperationofmotors,toswitchoffthesupplyfromthemotorandtoprovidemeansfortheprotectionofmotorsandassociatedcircuitsagainstoperatingoverloadsaredealtwith.Motor-startertypesincludedare-direct-on-linestarters;-reversingstarters;-two-directionstarters;-reducedkVA(voltage)starters;-auto-transformerstarters;-rheostaticstarters;-reactorstarters.Starters,theoperationofwhichdependsonthermalelectricalrelaysformotorprotectioncomplyingwithIEC60255-8,ormotor-incorporatedthermalprotectivedevicesdealtwithinIEC60034-11,donotnecessarilymeetalltherelevantrequirementsofthisstandard.Overloadrelaysforstarters,includingthosebasedonsolid-statetechnology,arecoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-circuit-breaker-basedmotor-starters;-single-poleoperationofmulti-polecontactorsorstarters;-two-stepauto-transformerstartersdesignedforcontinuousoperationinthestartingposition;-unbalancedrheostaticrotorstarters,i.e.wheretheresistancesdonothavethesamevalueinallphases;-equipmentdesignednotonlyforstarting,butalsoforadjustmentofspeed;-liquidstartersandthoseofthe"liquid-vapour"type;-semiconductorcontactorsandstartersmakinguseofsemiconductorcontactorsinthemaincircuit;-rheostaticstatorstarters;-contactorsorstartersdesignedforspecialapplications.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithcomponentscontainedincontactorsandcontactor-basedmotor-starters,forwhichindividualspecificationsexist.NOTE1ThermalelectricalrelaysarecoveredbyIEC60255-8.NOTE2High-voltagecurrent-limitingfusesarecoveredbyIEC60282-1andIEC60644.NOTE3Metal-enclosedswitchgearandcontrolgearforratedvoltagesabove1kVanduptoandincluding52kVarecoveredbyIEC60298.NOTE4DisconnectorsandearthingswitchesarecoveredbyIEC60129.NOTE5High-voltageswitchesabove1kVandlessthan52kVarecoveredbyIEC60265-1.Theobjectofthisstandardistostatea)thecharacteristicsofcontactorsandstartersandassociatedequipment;b)theconditionswithwhichcontactorsorstartersshallcomplywithreferenceto:1)their
