【摘要】:Thismethoddifferentiatestherelativestabilityofhydraulicfluidsinthepresenceofwaterundertheconditionsofthetest.Hydrolyticallyunstablehydraulicfluidsformacidicandinsolublecontaminantswhichcancausehydraulicsystemmalfunctionsduetocorrosion,valvesticking,orchangeinviscosityofthefluid.Thedegreeofcorrelationbetweenthistestandserviceperformancehasnotbeenfullydetermined.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthehydrolyticstabilityofpetroleumorsynthetic-basehydraulicfluids.Note18212;Water-baseorwater-emulsionfluidscanbeevaluatedbythistestmethodbutarerun"asis."Additionalwaterisnotaddedtothe100-gsample.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specifichazardstatementsaregivenin3.1,6.1,6.3,6.4,andAnnexA1.
