【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsforseamlessandweldedbutt-weldingfittings(elbows,concentricandeccentricreducers,equalandreducingtees,caps)madeofausteniticandaustenitic-ferritic(duplex)stainlesssteelwhichareintendedforpressureandcorrosionresistingpurposesatroomtemperature,atlowtemperatureoratelevatedtemperatures.Itspecifies:?thetypeoffittings;?typeA(see7.2)?typeB(see7.3)?thesteelgrades;?themechanicalproperties;?thedimensionsandtolerances;?therequirementsforinspectionandtesting;?theinspectiondocuments;?themarking;?thehandlingandpackaging.NOTEInthecaseofaharmonisedsupportingstandardformaterials,presumptionofconformitytotheEssentialRequirement(s)(ESRs)islimitedtotechnicaldataofmaterialsinthestandardanddoesnotpresumeadequacyofthematerialtoaspecificitemofequipment.ConsequentlythetechnicaldatastatedinthematerialstandardshouldbeassessedagainstthedesignrequirementsofthisspecificitemofequipmenttoverifythattheESRsofthePressureEquipmentDirective(PED)aresatisfied.1.2UnlessotherwisespecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardthegeneraltechnicaldeliveryrequirementsinEN10021apply.
